17 June 2010 - 8:00AM PDT On 05/20/2010, We will be moving three network support servers: the billing system, the helpdesk system, and Automation Station. These will be moved one-at-a-time, and will be unavailable during the move, which will take 30 minutes or less per-server. The maintance is scheduled for 10:00am and 5:00pm PDT, June 17, 2010. We sent an email about this maintance on 6/16/2010.

1) If there is a problem, tell us the url and how to replicate the error. Saying "my site doesn’t work" doesn’t help us help you.
2) Do not email us with an account that has a autoresponder on it.
