ARP Cluster and Dedicated hosting customers will not be affected – We will continue hosting these products.
We have created a help file has all of the details and links to other help files that you will need to help you make an orderly transition to our recommended hosting company, or to the hosting company of your choice. Please start reading here: Moving your ThirdSphere account to a new host.

* Due to the closure of ThirdSphere shared hosting services, there is a higher than normal volume of tickets and it might take longer for us to respond. But you will receive a minimum response time of 72 hours. *ARP and dedicated services are not closing.
1) If there is a problem, tell us the url and how to replicate the error. Saying "my site doesn’t work" doesn’t help us help you.
2) Do not email us with an account that has a autoresponder on it.
